 Counter service.  Wait time will vary according to crowd, but overall, not any worse than waiting at McDonald's.

Food Review:

 Much better than Taco Bell, but still fast food.  Quality is better and taste is uniquely different.  Good food.

Service Review:

 All self service, after receiving meal at counter.

Atmosphere Review:

 Open air patio with beautiful view of the water and other world showcase pavilions.

Other Comments:

 If you love Mexican food, this place is very pleasing.  Prices are very reasonable, portions adequate.  By the way, watch out for the birds!
