 Made PS arrangements at 4pm for 8pm the same evening.

Time of Wait:

 Arrived at the restaurant at 7:30pm hoping to get in a little early but was not seated until 8:10pm.

Food Review:

 I had the cheddar cheese soup and the filet mignon with blue cheese mashed potatoes. My husband had the mixed field greens salad and the New York strip steak with roasted potatoes. Everything was delicious. We shared the "Millennium 2000" Spaceship Earth with maple Butterfinger mousse. The mousse was sooo good.

Service Review:

 Our server was very nice but it took a while for each course to be brought out.

Atmosphere Review:

 The name means "the cellar" so it was dimly lit and had no windows. It is very nice, yet not too fancy.

Other Comments:

 I had hoped to be out of the restaurant in time for IllumiNations but we caught only the final cluster of fireworks. I will eat here again but will make an earlier PS.
