Priority Seating / Reservations Comments: |
We made our priority seating for 7:30 in
order to try and get a good table to watch Illuminations from. |
Time of Wait: |
35 minutes. We checked in at 7:00 and
politely told the hostess that we would like a table on the balcony
with a good view of Illuminations if possible and we didn't mind
waiting. |
Food Review: |
The food was very good. For an appetizer
we ordered the Mushroom Medley (4 kinds of mushrooms cooked in
garlic, onion and cream and covered with puff pastry) which was
delicious, then we both got the Fish & Chips and tea to
drink. |
Service Review: |
The service was good. I must say that the
servers were very patient with people who wanted to stay at their
tables to watch Illuminations. Several families finished their meals
before 8:00 (Illuminations started at 9:00) and the servers would
ask them if they wanted to stay and watch the fireworks then offer
to bring them more drinks. |
Atmosphere Review: |
We were out on the balcony at an okay
table but I didn't think the view of Illuminations would be that
great from it as we were to one side with several tables in front of
us. We finished eating at 8:30 but were too tired to wait for
Illuminations so I don't know for sure. |

Good food. The fish and chips are the
same one's you can get at Harry Ramsden's counter service if you
don't want to have a sit-down
meal. |
