Priority Seating / Reservations Comments:	We had PS for 11:30, checked in and was given our little beeper, and the restaurant did not open until 11:55!!! The manager was giving a "pep" talk to the wait staff.
Time of Wait:	20 minutes
Food Review:	For appetizers, we had the mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce (superb! a meal in itself) and the lamb barley soup, which was very good. I had the Ploughman's lunch and my daughter had the fish and chips. They were just OK.
Service Review:	Here's where things got bad. Our server brought our lunches and then disappeared for the remainder of the meal. About ten minutes after my daughter hunted him down, I was able to get the check. Imagine my amazement when I was told that it would be about 20 minutes because no one was there who could count the money and operate the register and give change!!!! I was paying with a travelers check and the table next to me was paying with their resort ID and was told the same thing! How on earth can you run a business like that? We will not ever return there because this was not our first experience there with the waiter disappearing.
Atmosphere Review:	Just OK.
Other Comments:	A business should open its doors on time and be prepared to be fully operational at that time. Staff meetings should be scheduled to not interfere with operations and all staff should be on time and prepared BEFORE the doors open.
