Time of Wait:

 Arrived at 6:10 and was seated immediately. (It should be noted that we were at WDW the week after the 9/11 attacks so lines and waits were shorter than normal)

Food Review:

 I had the Mahi-Mahi and it was very good, a little too spicy but still good. Wife had the Mole Poblano. My wife is very fickle when it comes to food so she thought it was "just ok" but I tasted it and thought it was really good. I'll try that next time. I had 2 Margaritas on the rocks and wife had water.

Service Review:

 Karla was excellent. We never wanted for anything. We told her were expecting and she gave us a free "celebration" cake.

Atmosphere Review:

 I've never been to Mexico, but it seemed really close compared to what was seen on El Rio Del Tiempo ride.

Other Comments:

 We had never eaten there in the previous 5 times we had gone, we will go back.
