Other Options Within
Walt Disney World
Besides the restaurants that are listed here in the
Walt Disney World Restaurant Resource, you will find food available at
other places within the vacation kingdom. Most of the lounges
and bars in the resorts and parks have some limited snack offerings or
even more complete menus.
Also, folks that are staying in a concierge room at
one or the premium resorts have access to the concierge lounge at that
particular resort. The concierge lounges provide beverages,
snacks, and even buffets throughout the day. Make sure you plan
your meals accordingly, if you are planning to add this premium
service to your vacation plans.
There are also a few resorts that are actually located
on Walt Disney World property, but that are not operated by Walt
Disney World. They are located near Downtown Disney's
Marketplace along Hotel Plaza Boulevard. These resorts each have
restaurants that may be worth investigating.
Offsite
There are many, many, many restaurants located just
outside of Walt Disney World in every direction. SR-535, to the
North, SR-192 to the South, International Drive, Palm Parkway, and all
others in between have many restaurants of every description.
The Crossroads Shopping Center, a strip mall just
outside of WDW to the North (from Hotel Plaza Boulevard). Has several
options and is very close to WDW. The handful of offsite
restaurants that are listed here in the Walt Disney World
Restaurant Resource are all currently located here.
