Food Review: |
There aren't a lot of menu choices here,
mainly sandwiches and some desserts, but I think the food is pretty
good. The bread on the ham and Swiss sandwich is sort of a marble
rye, which is very good. The sandwiches have a lot of ham or turkey
in them, though. They do come without condiments on them, so you
need to be sure to grab some mayo and mustard packets from the
barrel themed dispensers near where you order. We also had soft ice
cream and a brownie, both of which were good. |
Service Review: |
It's counter service, so it's fine. The
sandwiches are pre-made so the service consists of placing the
sandwich on a tray for you. I've been here twice, both times in the
off season, and there's hardly any wait. |
Atmosphere Review: |
My favorite part of this restaurant is
the atmosphere. You have a view of the Haunted Mansion, the river
boat if it's docked and most of everything in Liberty Square and
Frontierland. It's not crowded and a great place to spend some
relaxing time if you have the luxury of relaxing time on your
vacation. The seating area is outside but covered so the sun won't
be in your eyes. You sit right on the water. Very nice. |
