Made PS about 3 weeks in advance for 4:55PM. We wanted an early dinner as the one big meal of the day.

Time of Wait:

About 10-12 minutes. Line moved quickly considering there were a lot of people with a PS waiting.

Food Review:

Food was excellent. You'd think a busy place with buffet couldn't offer personal service, but just as an example, the chef at the Prime Rib cutting board will give you a middle piece, an end piece, or even slap your piece on the grill in the back to scorch to your heart's content. Selection was awesome, both quality and variety. With two approach lines, it never got crowded. Kids area, hot dogs, pizza and chicken fingers (my personal favorite), also a delight. The dessert bar, my God, I'm gaining weight just thinking about it. Assorted cakes, ice cream with every imaginable topping. All told, no one dish stood out, it was all great.

Service Review:

Our server (whose name I can't remember, again, I'm terrible with names) was fine. She got our drinks refilled constantly, and had our empty plates cleared in a timely manner. Hard to comment on service when those are really the only functions of the server (actually they're everything but a server, we're our own servers...) In any case, fine job.

Atmosphere Review:

Ahhhh, a Disney character meal. Keep in mind my "kids" are 18, 15 and 9. Our first ever character meal. This is what defines the Disney experience as more than just theme-parks and more than just a meal. Pooh, Tigger (my oldest daughter's personal favorite), Eeyore and Piglet were just wonderful. They move around the place in a pre-determined order, so no need to clamor for attention. The place is big enough so that they don't come back to you too often (unlike the Garden Grill at Epcot the following day, where the characters practically had lunch with us). Truly magical atmosphere.

Other Comments:

This is the Disney dining experience you don't want to miss. Inexpensive in terms of a restaurant, wonderful in terms of characters, great food, great selection, you won't be disappointed.
