Time of Wait:	Waited about 25 minutes for a table. Had drinks while waiting.
Food Review:	Fantastic. Our server suggested the soup of the day which was Beer and Cheese. It was INCREDIBLE and we were sorry we'd only ordered cups. Entrees were excellent. I had jambalaya which was huge and delicious. My wife had a shrimp sandwich which she loved.
Service Review:	Our server's name was Kerri (sp?). We told her we had Cirque tickets so we needed to eat fast. She went totally out of her way to get us everything we asked for at top speed. She was also very friendly and suggested that great soup! We double-tipped her and let her manager know not to lose her.
Atmosphere Review:	Despite it being crowded, the noise level wasn't bad at all and the decor was just great.
Other Comments:	This was our favorite meal of the whole trip. So much so that we returned for dinner again 4 days later. We decided to tip our server extra, then noticed that a gratuity had already been included on the bill due to the size of our group. No matter, I doubled it. As we were heading over to Cirque she chased us down to point out the already included tip in case we hadn't noticed. For that I would have tipped her even more! She was very grateful :)
