Time of Wait: |
Wait time just to get seated at table was
45 min to 1 hour. Inadequate seating facilities for customers waiting
for their table. Most everyone has to stand up while waiting.
Wait
time for food after ordering was extremely long. Much longer than it
should ever be. |
Food Review: |
Quality of food was good. Menu basically
has
choices in comparison to Hardrock Cafe, with a few variations.
Cannot
say anything negative about the food itself, it was good. |
Service Review: |
Fair to poor. Once we received our
food, it
was as if we were forgotten. Had to sit for a while waiting for check
to pay bill. |
Atmosphere Review: |
Definitely not your typical
restaurant. Lots of memorabilia from movies to look at.
Crowded, tables
too close for comfort, with the exceptions of a small cubicle which
is enclosed except for one end to enter and exit from. We sat there
and was slightly secluded from crowd. |
Other Comments: |
Place is noisy, and too chaotic for a nice,
semi-quiet meal. Music is entirely too loud, smokers walk freely
through waiting area, which is no more than the front entrance way,
with lit cigarettes. Plus clothing attire worn by some females
were not exactly what children need to be exposed to. Overall review
of PH, I won't go
back. |
