I had reservations the previous night,
but had to cancel them. When we arrived there on Saturday (late
afternoon) I expected to submit my name and wait at least an
hour. |
Time of Wait: |
Since there was only two of us, we were
seated within less than 5 minutes. |
Food Review: |
The food was pretty good - I got the stir
fry ($16.95) and of course ordered one of those fancy drinks that
come in a souvenir glass. Not sure what it cost, but I'd guess at
least $10.00. |
Service Review: |
Very good service - the restaurant was
very busy, as it was a Saturday. Our waitress was very
attentive. |
Atmosphere Review: |
My daughter loved it - we were in the
elephant section, and she got a kick out of how they'd move and
blink. She also like the rain effect that occurs every so often.

If you have young ones, don't sit by the
kitchen entrance! Every time they come out with their famous volcano
dessert, they yell "Volcano!!!!" Which of course, made my 7-year old
want one all the more. It looked delicious, but it was huge, and at
$12.99 I know we would have left a lot more than we would have eaten.
Overall, a nice experience. A good place to eat with young kids.
Surprisingly, this was our most expensive meal during our 5-day
stay. |
