Food Review:

I had the cedar salmon and Lisa had the steak and salmon. Mine came with a side order of green beans. Prior to the meal you receive a bread basket with 3 delicious different kinds of rolls and different jams/jellies/butter to top with. They were very, very good. Our meals were quite good. I had black cherry sorbet for dessert and it was excellent! The portions here were ample, but not as large/overwhelming as most WDW restaurants.

Service Review:

I still remember our server's name, "Susie," which says a lot! She was the best server I've experienced yet at WDW. Very professional, kind and accurate.

Atmosphere Review:

More "adult" than most, fairly quiet (see comments below) and a nice calmer change of pace from tromping through the parks.

Other Comments:

The one dark cloud was the table next to us. There were 8 adults, most of them 55+, and two children. The party had consumed WAY too much alcohol. they were loud, very loud, and every so often a member would SHOUT, "B--- Sh--!" The server, not our Susie, did nothing to address their conduct, and continued to offer them yet another bottle of wine! After they left, the atmosphere improved considerably. My friend asked for my permission to be embarrassed, and she quietly addressed the issue with Susie. Susie was MOST apologetic and Lisa emphasized that we were not holding her responsible for the conduct or another table or another server, but we felt the issue needed to be addressed with the server at some point. Rude guests aside, I would definitely return to Artist's Point, and I would try to ask for Susie again.
