Priority Seating / Reservations Comments:

We made a priority seating a month in
advance for 8:30 am on a Monday morning. The restaurant was
crowded so the priority seating was a good idea.

Food Review:
|
Excellent - the Artist Point breakfast
is an "all you can eat" one but its not a buffet.
Instead servers bring you various breakfast specialties -
scrambled eggs, muffins, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, etc. You
get a sampler plate to start and then can order seconds (and
thirds and fourths!). The food was very good - fresh and better
than your typical breakfast buffet. The breakfast potatoes, in
particular, were different (my wife still raves about them). |
Service Review:
|
Very good - the servers were prompt
with fulfilling requests for "seconds" and on juice
refills. |
Atmosphere Review:
|
This is a character breakfast with Pooh
and Tigger. The characters frequently made the rounds of the
restaurant and spent a good deal of time with our two 4 year old
boys. The Wilderness Lodge is one of our favorite resorts just to
visit and gawk at the surroundings - the atmosphere of the Lodge
and the Artist Point restaurant did not disappoint. |

We really had a good breakfast at
Artist Point and plan to make this our "going away" meal
at Walt Disney World for our May 99 trip just like it was for our
October 98 trip. |
