Food Review: |
We had excellent food, not as fancy as
some of the deluxe restaurants but taste & quality definitely gave them a run for their money. We had the crab soup to start with,
followed by filet, salmon (which was meant to come with a sauce but
I requested it plain) & chicken which came with just the right
amount of BBQ sauce. My mother is extremely fussy about her steaks
and this one came up cooked to perfection. |
Service Review: |
Our server was brilliant, he was bright
and cheery without being too over the top. He made sure we had
everything we needed. |
Atmosphere Review: |
Boatwright's is really a family restaurant
and there were loads of kids so it did get a bit noisy, but this all
added to the atmosphere and it was good fun. |

The food at Boatwright's was very good,
the steak was definitely on the same level at California Grill but
at a fraction of the
price! |
