 PS time was a little early (5:45), so there was not a big crowd at the restaurant and we were seated immediately.

Food Review:

 Excellent food and a great wine list. Our party tried several different dishes and we were very pleased with all of them. The lobster bisque was fabulous. In addition to the food, we were pleasantly surprised to find one of our favorite (but difficult to locate) wines on the wine list.

Service Review:

 Excellent service. Our waiter, Bob, was very friendly, extremely helpful and made the entire meal a delight.

Atmosphere Review:

 I love the decor of this place and the big open kitchen area.

Other Comments:

 All in all, a great dining experience. Flying Fish has (for the time being) become our favorite restaurant at Disney World.
