Food Review: |
Excellent food. My wife had a filet which
was served with an unbelievably good macaroni and cheese. I had a
papaya and ground beef dish, which sounds kind of strange, but was
really very good. The flat bread (which is the specialty appetizer)
is sort of like a pizza, but very light and airy. Kids meals were
good, as one included the fabulous macaroni and cheese. Wine list is
all South African wines; we tried a few different ones by the glass
and they were excellent. |
Service Review: |
Server (Jeff H.) was very nice. He
described everything for us so we knew what we were ordering, was
very helpful for our kids and let us try several of the wines before
ordering so we knew what we were getting into. Only problem was that
pacing was a bit slow. I know it is an expensive restaurant, but we
were there with two children and it would have been nice if they had
served things a little quicker to account for that. |
Atmosphere Review: |
Beautiful restaurant. Very modern looking
with lovely touches (I especially liked the napkins, with the
restaurant's name embroidered on them). We get a table along the
window looking out over a small pond and it was beautiful. |

Best meal experience of this trip;
definitely one of my new favorites at Disney World to which we will
happily return
again. |
