We had a 7:10 PS but were worn out early
after a day at the MK, and showed up about 1 1/2 hours early - no
problem, the place was nearly empty. However, they asked a lot of
questions at the reception area, and at our table. My husband
wondered if we had to fill out an application to eat there! |

Food Review: |
Good. The crab cakes were excellent. My
husband had the stir fry and they left out the chicken at our
request and put in extra veggies. It was tasty. I had the vegetable
strudel- it's veggies wrapped in phyllo dough served with a nice
salad. The strudel itself could have had more filling, less dough,
but it was good. Mixed green salad was very good, dessert was great-
tangerine crème brulee and something that was chocolate with hazelnut
crème (I don't remember what it was called) on a
beautifully decorated plate and very rich. Kona coffee was
smooth. |
Service Review: |
Very attentive, efficient, and
friendly. |
Atmosphere Review: |
The decor was unusual, sort of Hawaiian
space station. It was a bit noisy, as it's open to the lobby and
there was some loud music piped in as well as entertainment going on
one floor down. But we had a window table with a nice view of the
Polynesian's landscaping. |

Not the greatest meal, but good quality
and the prices were fairly reasonable. It's a nice break to ride the
monorail there and take a look at the
Polynesian. |
