Food Review:
|
The meal was served family style and
begun with tasty little steamed pork dumplings, spring rolls and
salad, followed by lo mein with vegetables and salmon. As we
helped ourselves, the servers brought us incredible grilled meats
such as marinated roasted turkey, grilled steak, prawns and pork
sausage which came on skewers the length of most of the servers'
arms. Everything we had tasted wonderful, and much to our surprise
the desert of fresh pineapple with caramel sauce was one of our
favorite parts of the meal. |
Service Review:
|
Our server was very attentive, gracious
and friendly. All of the guests were referred to as cousins, and
the rapport we developed with our server made us feel as if we
were indeed at a fun family gathering. |
Atmosphere Review:
|
The atmosphere was quite tasteful in
the respect that there were enough touches to create an island
retreat without making us feel like we were eating in the Tiki
Room. The three of us are all in our 30's, and were pleased to
have a nice, peaceful dinner after a long, hot day spent playing
at the Magic Kingdom. |
Other Comments:
|
Since our meal was drawing to a close
around the same time the fireworks were about to begin, we were
invited to stay and relax and view the spectacular from the
dinning room. We were able to move to a table near the windows
facing the castle, and our server brought us more pineapple and
caramel sauce to enjoy with the show. We're hooked and look
forward to visiting again! |
