Time of Wait:

No waiting - walk up food court. This was true of all of the various stands when we arrived except for the pizza shop.

Food Review:

We ordered from the Kingston Pasta Shop.  Our order consisted of meat lasagna with a side salad, linguine with marinara sauce and two sodas. The lasagna was rated as about the same as a Stouffer's frozen meal and not bad. The salad consisted primarily of iceberg lettuce. The linguine could definitely have used some additional marinara sauce. There was approximately one to one and a half tablespoons of sauce on a gigantic mound of gummy pasta. We ended up taking some sauce from the lasagna to add to the linguine. The food is utterly forgettable and your money could be better spent elsewhere. We chose not to return for breakfast.

Service Review:

The cashier (Kim L.) was extremely pleasant with a gigantic grin on his face. The food was promptly served after placing the order.

Atmosphere Review:

This is a very loud food court area with many excited children running around. We paid for our meal at 7:35 in the evening according to the receipt and the noise level was astoundingly loud. We noticed that the area was pretty dirty with tables not cleared, overflowing trash bins and a floor in desperate need of sweeping. We did arrive at the end of the evening dinner rush which could account for some of the mess but individual guests need to take some accountability and clean up after themselves! The cast members working the area to clean things up seemed very glum and not at all happy to be there, sort of half heartedly swatting at crumbs with rags. Because of the noise and feeling as if we were intruding on the cast members, we ate quickly and departed.
