Food Review:	Although we are WDW veterans- we had never eaten at Brown Derby and chose it today because it was my birthday. I started with a glass of Sterling merlot and my family had soft drinks- Our appetizers included a Caesar salad (good), crab cakes (good) and shrimp (OK). Three of us ordered filet mignon and my husband had pork medallions - The filets were excellent even though two portions were cooked wrong- but they were returned to the kitchen and came out fine within 10-15 minutes. The filets were so tender- did not disappoint. The waitress brought out a little B-day cake for me while my son and daughter ordered a piece of white chocolate cheese cake which was to die for.
Service Review:	Excellent- pleasant waitress- no long waits between courses
Atmosphere Review:	Very elegant- but noisy- luckily our table was on the side near a window so it was much brighter than in the center of the restaurant.
Other Comments:	We did not make ressies in advance for the Fantasmic! dinner package- but asked about it after we were seated and it was no problem obtaining a pass to the priority seating at Fantasmic.
