The American Idol Experience

The American Idol Experience really does create an opportunity for people to perform live and in front of an audience. Or you could just be in that audience. If you are interested in performing a show you must be at least 14 years old and go through an audition process ahead of time (see our article on this process). Each show during the day produces a "finalist," and all finalists return at the end of the day with the winner getting a "Dream Ticket," which allows them to skip the line for an audition to the real show.
