Mulholland Madness is supposed to give you an idea of what it is to drive in L.A. traffic, though at 27 miles per hour it achieves speeds we generally don't make it up to in the real thing. It is a mad mouse-type roller coaster, which means it has steel construction and flat turns that don't bank. Shoulder and head rests were added after opening to help with the sharp turns.
As part of the expansion and retheming of Disney California Adventure begun in 2009, Mulholland Madness was closed for retheming and renaming to Goofy's Sky School using the same infrastructure.
