This Restaurant's History

Originally this ice cream stand was called Catch-a-Flave and opened with the park in 2001, and offered a variety of flavors to swirl in with the soft-serve. In September 2010 the name was changed to Paradise Pier Ice Cream Co. and the flavors were taken off the menu.
