This walkthrough starts with a movie presentation from a trio of schoolchildren on the importance of corn to the native pre-Columbian cultures of Mexico and Latin America. Once allowed beyond this point, take a moment to look in on some holographic projections of a traditional family preparing tortillas and then move on to see two working production lines for Mission Tortilla. Though it is possible for the lines to simultaneously make flour and corn tortillas, it is much more common for the flour tortilla line to be running. Beyond the line is a test kitchen where tortilla dishes are prepared (but hardly anybody ever stops to watch). On your way out grab a sample half-tortilla fresh off the line, and if it is your birthday (and you have a sticker) get a whole stack of tortillas.
