The Yachtsman is generally considered the place to go for the best steaks on property. The restaurant serves aged, grass-fed beef that is on display in the aging room next to the open kitchen. The menu also has a few selections for non-steak eaters. The restaurant serves dinner only; there is also a lounge menu available with limited selections from 5 PM-midnight.

Beecher's Flagship Reserve Cheddar - Cheddar from Seattle, Washington. Using traditional methods and aging for at least 18 months. This cheese sings with rich and nutty flavors. This cheese is accompanied by a sweet quince membrillo.
Cowgirl Creamery's Mt. Tam - Made with organic milk from the neighboring Straus Family Dairy, this elegant triple-cream is the creamery’s signature cheese. It is firm and buttery with a mellow, earthy flavor reminiscent of white mushrooms. We accent this cheese with house dried raisins on the vine.
King Island Roaring Forties - Australian blue cheese from King Island off the coast of Australia. A full bodied blue with a honeyed, slightly nutty quality and great aftertaste. Paired with a roasted pine nut brittle.
