Maliboomer

This attraction is permanently closed. This page is retained here for historical interest.

Maliboomer is the opposite of a drop ride. Rather than being lifted up to a great height and then dropped back down, this ride will strap you in and then shoot you 180 feet into the air in just four seconds. This is supposed to be a giant version of a carnival strength game. The kind where you hit a lever with a hammer and try to ring a bell at the top of the tower. Except here you are the one that is going to ring the bell. At less than a minute on the ride, it has the honor of being one of the shortest attractions in all the parks, but if you want the view—and the Sun Wheel—is too tame, you should check it out.
