Paradiso 37

The two-story Paradiso 37 celebrates the varied cuisine of the Americas and more specifically tequilas from Mexico. Though the restaurant's name is said to refer to the 37 varieties of tequila available therea re actually more than 50 types at hand.

We do not yet have the full menu information available. The greatest variety on the menu is found in the appetizers section with everything from corn dogs to tacos to Peruvian beef skewers (appetizers range from $4 to $19 for the sampler).

 

North America is represented with some hoagies and hamburgers ($10-$13) while the more substantial platters stick more Mexican and South American dishes (enchilads, Colombian crispy hen) and are priced from $12-$27. Salads are pretty standard and come it at $13-$16.

Several kid dishes are on the menu but they avoid anything exotic and stick to chicken strips, hamburgers, etc. ($7)

Our dinner at Paridiso 37 was very good, Jamie (DS) is the only one who was not happy with his meal-but I think that had more to do with him being tired than anything else. I had a very tasty Maraghrita that came with a free shot glass, very strong- just what I needed after a long day. We had Chips and Salsa - corn torilla chips with housemade fire roasted tomato salsa and Mexican Dipping Trio - Chunky Guacamole, Chili con Carne & Spinach Queso Dips. Served with Corn Tortilla Chips for our appetizers. The kids really liked the salsa because it was smooth, and we all enjoyed the Queso and chili, DH was the only one who ate the Guac and proclaimed it the best I have ever had. Sarah (DD) had Argentinean Skirt Steak - grilled skirt steak topped with caramelized onions and Chimichurri sauce served with fries, Jamie had Quesadillas - Flour Tortillas Stuffed with your Choice of Steak or Chicken. Topped with Imported Cheeses and Served with Sour Cream and Pico de Gallo, DH had either the Burritos - A Flour Tortilla Stuffed with Your Choice of Grilled Chicken or Beef with Sauteed Peppers, Squash, Red Onions, Imported Cheeses & Topped with Sweet Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Served with Cilantro Rice and Black Beans or the Enchiladas - chicken or beef stuffed tortillas with your choice of guajillo or mole verde sauces. Served with cilantro rice and black beans (I cant remember which!) and I had a 4 part dinner Called The Land that is not listed on the All Ears site but from what I remember it had the skirt steak, grilled corn cakes, something on a skwer, some type of chicken egg roll looking item and the cilantro rice and beans on it and every thing was very good.
Our waiter, Rachid, was very good. He was attentive and brought refills before we could ask. I would defiantly go back and eat there again.
