Boma
Boma is a restaurant that seems to distinctly split people, either they really like it or they really don't. The buffet menu is unabashed in presenting African flavors and dishes and some find it just too exotic for personal tastes. While many dishes are served, the daily changing selection of soups is particularly noteworthy. A breakfast buffet is also served but the options are mostly American breakfast standards.
The food in the Boma buffet is served at a half dozen stations allowing you to quickly get at whatever you want to try for the first time or need to get more of. Offerings change daily but there are always several meat dishes, light salads (such as watermelon rind salad), a diverse selection of soups and couscous, and an expansive dessert station. Though all of the desserts are well regarded, the zebra domes (a large mousse-filled chocolate mound), are particularly famous.
