Disney's Electric Parade

Disney's Electrical Parade is currently on indefinite hiatus at Disney's California Adventure while the parade is loaned to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. It was originally announced that the loan would be temporary as part of Walt Disney World's summer Nightastic promotion but it has since been announced that the engagement is open-ended. Officially, though, the parade is returning to DCA at some point in the future.

Disney's Electrical Parade is the classic Main Street Electrical Parade that was performed over at Disneyland for decades. In an attempt to boost sagging attendance, bringing back the Electrical Parade, but to DCA, was one of the first moves made — much to the chagrin of those upset breaking the promise that it had "glowed away forever." Pretty much unchanged from that classic version, it moves through the DCA just before the park's closing to the electronic music of "Baroque Hoedown" and its completion is usually the sign that it is time for you to leave the park.
