Snow White's Scary Adventure is a dark ride based on Walt Disney's first full-length animated feature Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Guests board wooden diamond mine cars and encounver the Evil Queen/Wicked Witch, the Dwarfs, and Prince Charming during the 3 minute ride. The original 1971 ride used the ride vehicle in place of Snow White, so that she was never seen in the ride. In 1994 the ride was changed to add Snow White and to tone the scariness of the Wicked Witch.

History and Trivia - Hide Section
  • At this location: Snow White's Scary Adventure has been at this location since the park opened in 1971.
  • The Attraction's History: In 1983 the name of the attraction was changed from "Snow White's Adventures" to "Snow White's Scary Adventures" to give parents a better warning that something inside (namely the Wicked Witch) might scare their children. Between 1971 and 1993 the ride saw little change. At that point in time, the ride closed for an extensive redesign. More of the Snow White story would be told and Snow White was added to the ride. That's right, until 1994, Snow White was not seen in the ride. You, the rider were supposed to be playing Snow White and experiencing her scenes as such, but this was lost on most riders.
