Flo's V8 Café is a fantastic reproduction of the location from Cars, and serves up classic American diner food with some great views of the new land. The extensive seating areas offer both indoor and outdoor tables, some with fantastic views of Ornament Valley and Radiator Springs Racers. The counter service location serves all three meals; breakfast is served until 11 a.m., and features brioche French toast topped with banana and salted caramel sauce.
