| Legoland
offers two primary styles of food service: fast food and
dine-in. The counter style or walk up provides fast food, but the menus
are limited and annual passholders get no discounts. Dine-in restaurants
provide a wider variety of food served buffeteria or scramble style.
Carts around the park offer treats such as ice cream.
Like many amusement parks, Legoland sells collectible, refillable
cups, including those that can be refilled for a small fee, and others
that for a slightly higher price, provide free refills for the rest of
the day. Read here for a list of
children's meals.
The Beginning
(Entrance Plaza)
The Market
Service Type: Counter Service
The Market offers snack and picnic type foods such as flavored
coffees, fruit, pastries, pre-made sandwiches, bottles of juice and
water, and soda.
Imaginzation
Zone
Pizza Mania
Service Type: Counter Service
Whole pizzas, pizza by the slice, salads, and snacks.
Test Track Diner
Service Type: Dine-in, scramble service
This restaurant's theme is "build it yourself." Entrees
are named after cars and start at child-sized portions, which adults
can upgrade to larger portions. In addition to appetizers and
desserts, the entrees include pan-seared salmon, macaroni and cheese,
club sandwiches, hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches that are
accessorized with options such as bacon or roasted vegetables. Test
Track is one of two dine-in restaurants at Legoland that offers indoor
seating.
Castle Hill
Castle Burgers
Service Type: Counter Service
Hamburgers, hot dogs, and french fries.
Fool Scoops
Service Type: Counter Service
Dreyer's Ice Cream served in scoops, cones, sundaes, floats, and
shakes.
The Knight's Table Barbecue
Service Type: Dine-in, buffeteria
Rotisserie chicken, barbecue ribs, corn on the cob, beans, fries,
Caesar salads, cornbread, rolls, soups, fresh fruit, and desserts.
Beer and wine are available to consume in the dining area, but are
only sold with food. Kid's Kit meal choices are chicken strips, ribs,
or a hot dog, fries and a beverage (soda, juice, or milk.) Diners sit
outdoors under partial shade.
TIP: Some annual passholders consider
the rib meal here the best deal in the park. I would call it a close
tie with the salad bar in Fun Town's Market Restaurant.
Granny's Apple Fries Service Type: Counter Service
Apples are cut and prepared like thick french fries, then sprinkled
with cinnamon sugar. Apple fries are served with "vanilla dipping
sauce," which resembles whipped cream. Homemade fudge is also
available here.
Fun Town
Fun Town Market Restaurant
Service Type: Dine-in, scramble service
Ravioli, stir fry, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, salad bar, soups,
baked goods, hot dogs. The pasta, stir-fry and cheesesteak sandwiches
are prepared fresh as ordered so there may be a line for these items.
Kid's Kits feature hot dogs, chicken tenders, peanut butter and jelly
sandwiches, or macaroni and cheese.
Like Test Track Diner, Fun Town Market offers ample indoor seating.
Fun Town Hot Dog Service Type: Counter Service
Hot dogs, including corn dogs and Chicago-style hot dogs, french
fries, and soda.
Burger Stop
Service Type: Counter Service
Like Castle Burger in Castle Hill, this stand serves burgers, hot
dogs, sides and sodas.
Lego Maniac Clubhouse
Service Type: Counter Service
This snack bar serves frozen treats and baked goods while an
animatronic band provides music.
Village Green
Ristorante Brickolini
Service Type: Dine-in, scramble service
This Italian restaurant serves pizza and tossed to order pasta.
Kid's Kits feature pizza, although child-sized bowls are available for
those who prefer pasta.
Miniland
Garden Restaurant
Service Type: Dine-in
The Garden offers salads and sandwiches. Kid's Kits come with
peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese sandwithces.
