The Holidays Come to Disneyland! A week-long seriesMy Journey so far: Disneyland has finally received it's long-awaited Holiday merchandise collection. After a Photo Safari last week to see all of the goodies, and the related Very Expensive shopping trip, I have returned to bring you the scoop. I'll be breaking the collection into bite sized pieces, so check back here each day this week to see it all. If you can't wait that long, much (but now all!) of the collection is already on MouseShoppe. Monday, I showed you the BIG pieces, the items which can decorate a whole room all on their own. Yesterday, we looked at the SMALL pieces, the tiny little touches which can spread holiday cheer all over the house. Today, I want to show you the coordinating collection of Glass Balls, Resin Ornaments, and the incredibly popular Glass Bells. (And remember, you can click on any photo or name to go right to that item at MouseShoppe) Many of these ornaments are available in all three forms. Jiminy Cricket: Chip and Dale: Choir Angel Minnie: Other Characters are available in two ornaments for now, though more may arrive later: Sorcerer Mickey: Tink: Buzz and Woody: There are several themed groups of Resin and Glass Ball ornaments. The Fab 5 Vehicles collection is adorable, and is sure to be a big seller. Mickey and Minnie are in their roadsters, Goofy is in his jalopy, and Donald is in his boat. Pluto is in his Dog House. (Dogs can't drive, silly!) If you have a Fab 5 themed tree, you'll want to add these resin ornaments as well. Mickey and Minnie are Santa and Mrs. Claus, while Goofy and Pluto are the elves and reindeer. There are a lot of Glass Ball Ornaments available to commemorate special occasions. Whether you're celebrating a new relationship, a new marriage or a new baby, there's something here for you: Finally, there are lots of boxed ornaments. The Mickey and Friends series features the whole gang decorating for the holidays. There are also two Disneyland Holiday 2000 ornaments, starring Mickey and Friends, or Pooh and Friends. Keep checking back all week as we explore more of the collection, and be sure to stop by MouseShoppe to order your favorites. Coming tomorrow: Everything Else! Thoughts, questions, or comments?
