Last year I wrote about
one half of the attraction, here is the rest of the story. In the
first part I wrote about Spyglass Hill, Pirates Grotto and Skull Rock,
here I will focus on La Cabane des Robinson, better known as
the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse.
Based on similar
attractions in Disneyland and Walt Disney World, this attraction is
the center point of Adventureland in Paris. Rising high above the
surrounding areas, it can be seen from everywhere in the land.
The main difference with
this version of the treehouse is in the detail and size of the
surrounding areas. Rather than being squeezed into the land, it
occupies its own large island, complete with underground caves.
