The first
attraction is a walkthrough showing the story of Sleeping Beauty.
This is a fabulous display of artistic skills, the whole story being
told through tapestries and stained glass windows.
As you climb the stairs to
the gallery that circles the inside of the castle, you are bathed in
coloured light streaming in through the huge windows.
In the darker areas of the
gallery you will find impressively large tapestries, some with built-in
lighting effects.
Here you will also find
bronze statues and a couple of ‘snoring’ suits of armour.
