The return of
DisneylandBlues
Why do they let so much go?

Everybody thinks that the Park is a gold mine - but we have had our problems. You've got to work it and know how to handle it. Even trying to keep that Park is a tremendous expense.

And those sharp pencil guys tell you, 'Walt, if we cut down on maintenance, we'd save a lot of money.' But I don't believe in that - it's like any other show on the road; it must be kept clean and fresh.

- Walt Disney

This page dedicated to Paul "Who me, worry?" Pressler - who's apparently spent his career at Disney making sure that all of parks look as bad as they possibly can.  At least the guy's consistent!

Every Sunday morning I talk a walk around the park, just to see how the upkeep is coming along. Sadly these last few years, since Paul Pressler came to work at the parks division, it's usually more now to see what hasn't been done.

This part of the D-I-G site shows some of the neglect at Disneyland under Paul Pressler's leadership, via apparently, Michael Eisner's guidance.  This page returns after a brief respite this past year under Cynthia Harriss's leadership as president of Disneyland, as things yet again have started to deteriorate.  See what passes for "good show" now at Disneyland via this pictorial tour.

NOTE: The following series of photos were mostly taken on Sunday, May 28th, 2000.  It's important to note all shots were taken in public areas - everything shown on this site a visitor can easily see just by walking around. There are no trick shots or funny angles.
