Konnichiwa! A look at Disney in Japan
Taking A Break

Brian Bennett (of the Disney Trip Planner) has said that you can't emphasize enough the importance of taking a daily break. If anything, I feel more strongly than he does about this issue. Let's make it clear: TAKE A BREAK, TAKE IT EVERY DAY !

Take it even if you don't feel tired, because you'll soon find that being hyped up on the Disney magic does funny things to the body and you are actually a lot more tired than you think. A break should be thought of as not only physical, but mental as well. Being with your family, surrounded by thousands of people, can really get on your nerves after a while, and a break is often a vital.

Don't think of a break in the traditional sense either. A break can mean a nap, but it can also mean a swim, or a stop at the hotel gift shop. For kids it can mean time at the arcade, or playing miniature golf. Another great break is to head over to the Disneyland Hotel complex or the Disney Village area and see what there is to see.

Bottom line, rest is important, and you will thank yourself for taking the break.
