This is the view from the Pass, facing towards the "cole prep" area of the kitchen. The counter in front of these seats used to feature a cheese display that had not displayed cheese for many years. This photo also offers a view of the new "Bermuda triange" - a new triangular shaped island in the kitchen for food prep.
